Each item is made as it’s ordered, which might mean shipping may take a bit longer than a big box retailer. You will receive a tracking number once your items have shipped. We appreciate your patience!

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Face masks, undergarments, and select other items may not be eligible for returns.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds on items ordered in the wrong size or color.
